Oil Man is an oil dispensing robot. He is literally made of Oil.... that's not the joke.
Like Time Man, Oil Man was the other robot master to be included in
Mega Man Powered Up to have 8 robot masters instead of the original 6. If Dr. Light
was a real person, he'd be set for life with this guy. Oil Man has an attitude of his own
and always loves to have fun. For a robot that has a never ending supply of Oil at his disposal, he's pretty useless.
His weapon may be completely useless unless you want to speed run,
but I just love his design. I used the Archie take on him because I think it makes him look better.
He has a SLICK style to him, get it? OIL slick.........

I have the bizarre headcanon that he speaks with an Australian accent. Strange, I know, considering the game he's in is fully voiced and I've even heard how he sounds there. In fact, none of my voicecanons for the Robot Masters whose appearances are in fully voiced entries match how they sound in those games!
